I am way far behind my posts about my travel to attend SETIcon two years ago, and in a few weeks I will be in my way to attend SETIconII, so here I share the remaining pages of my travel journal.
Day 4… a very pleasant and unexpected thing happened as soon as I went to have breakfast.
After a nice and long night of sleep I woke up, showered and went to the restaurant to get breakfast, and right there was Robyn Asimov, she invited me to join her and we had the most delightful conversation for almost an hour; se is a psychiatrist with a little bit of programming experience, so we talked about programming viewed as a “projection” of human personality.

After breakfast I got back to my room to send some emails and at 1 o’clock I went down to register, I got my TeamSETI badge and VIP, and after that I saw Phil Plait with Barbara Vance and Robert Sawyer… (cont.)

Estoy muy atrasada mis posts sobre mi viaje para asistir a SETIcon hace dos años, y en unas semanas estaré en camino para asistir a SETIconII, asi que aquí comparto el resto de las páginas de mi diario de viaje.
Día 4 … una cosa muy agradable e inesperada ocurrió hoy, tan pronto como me fui a tomar el desayuno.
Después de una noche agradable y sueño prolongado, me desperté, me duché y me fui al restaurante para desayunar, y ahí me encontré con Robyn Asimov, ella me invitó a sentarme y tuvimos la conversación más agradable durante casi una hora, ella es psiquiatra con un poco de experiencia en programación, por lo que hablamos acerca de la programación considerada como una “proyección” de la personalidad humana.

Después del desayuno, volví a mi habitación para enviar algunos correos electrónicos y después me fui a registrar, obtuve mi identificación TeamSETI y VIP, y después me encontré a Phil Plait con Barbara Vance y Robert Sawyer … (cont.)
