I am finally sharing with you my traveling experiences attending the recent SETIcon II in Santa Clara, California, and as before, here I post the first pages of my journal with its transcript.

Two years had passed and, in a few weeks, I’ll be in my way to SETIconII on June 21-24 in Santa Clara, Calif. This time I will be leaving some days earlier because I want to visit San Francisco, specifically the California Academy of Sciences. I have everything set, hotel reservations, flight tickets and even the public transport routes I am going to use to travel there, to the places I want to visit.

A few days ago I posted on my blog the event’s program of SETIconII, and asked my readers and friends to help me decide which talks to attend, and here are some of the replies:
B2. Commercial Space and suborbital science
E3. Do you need good science to have good science fiction?
F3. How to survive an alien infection
G3. Human vs. robots – who should explore space?
From Radio Astro Drummer
Sat. A2. The next big science revolution.
B2. Cosmophobia: doomsday 2012 and other fiction science.
C3. Exoplanets -what can SETI learn from Kepler?
D2. Visioning the cosmos: an artist perspective.
E2. Exploring Earth for extreme life.
I must say that, at I ended up attending a couple of different talks than the ones suggested but I audio-recorded the first half of most of them, so I will be sharing those audios with you in later posts.
